Collaborated closely with departmentalheads and stakeholders to assess and definedetailed IT requirements. Prioritized IT initiatives based on the World Bank's strategic goals, ensuring alignment with overarching institutional objectives. Worked hand-in-hand with the WB/IFC IT Service Continuity team, contributing to major joint resiliency exercises (FY24 Loadshift and Isolation). These initiatives ensured that the World Bank's IT infrastructure remained robust and could handle unforeseen challenges. Carried out data analyses using tools such as SQL for database querying, Power BI for data visualization, and Excel for data manipulation, resulting into actionable insights, which were presented to senior management during reviews. Utilized IT Service Management Tracking System (ServiceNow) to monitor work progress, track SLAs, and document work activities. Created dashboards and reports to communicate progress to clients and the business unit.

Developed a comprehensive statistical/data analysis plan of Neurosarcoidosis dataset (A chronic disease) and perform a complete analysis from managing, cleaning, filtering, exploring, and analysing the data using R programming, contributing to informed healthcare decision-making. Collaborated with a team of seven (7) to worked on a complex cancer dataset, while leveraging advanced data analytics skills, employing R and Excel tools, to filter, clean, and build classification models, to identifying patterns and support evidence-based decision-making. Provided invaluable support to project planning and management, ensuring adherence to data governance models, and facilitating seamless execution.

Spearheaded the design and implementation of customized business strategies, in collaboration with the Business Development team, to facilitate the successful launch of SalesPlat Technologies' Incubate SupportPro & Distribute platform. Develop (writing and analysing) standard and custom ad-hoc reports summarising business data for review by ESR Professional Users, managers, executives, and other stakeholders. Queried databases using MySQL & PostgreSQL to retrieve and consolidate data retrieval processes. Led a team of 70 talents and interns and 22 team members in a dynamic online collaboration environment, ensuring precise implementation of business strategies, tracking of operations, and optimization of cross-team coordination. Co-trained 570 interns, equipping them with industry-relevant skills, and successfully secured roles for 70% of them in domestic and global organizations.

Conducted comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessments (EIS) of 70 companies both foreign and domestic in Ogun State, Nigeria to evaluate their potential effect on the human environment. Produced quarterly scientific reports assessing baseline surveys of these companies to monitor the impact of their industrial activities on the local populace and ecology.
