React Frontend Developer

I am Mike Drenth, a self-taught frontend developer. Back in 2006, I started coding at home, and later, I landed my first job in 2009 in customer support. There, I could learn every aspect of coding and the web. Later, I felt it was time to move on because I felt I had reached a plateau in my growth. So, in 2019, I started my new job. I learned a lot and was able to grow and learn React, NEXTJS, TypeScript, and more here. But now, once again, I feel that I have hit a plateau and want to move into something new that can make me a better programmer.

And then there's web3. Something completely new, and I love the idea of that freshness. I am highly motivated to always learn. Diving deep and figuring out how things work is something I love to do.

That's why I'm looking for a full remote job in the web3 world. Feel free to contact me.

Digizijn
2020 - 2024
Maintaining and building custom website with HTML5/CSS3/SASS/LESS/Javascript/Jquery and PHP. The last 2 years / 1.5years i did build a whole new SaaS Project with NEXTJS/Typescript/Tailwind and styled components. This SaaS Project was the 1st project we had used a JS frontend framework. Everything is talking with a REST API. The idea about the project is that multiple website's can run on one codebase. With environment variables new websites can be added. Looking at API username/password and website to match the website.
Co-Onwer
Juventa Online
2019 - 2024
With a friend, I started a business together, building websites for friends and family. All the websites were built with custom themes in WordPress, interacting with the WordPress API or simply reading the database from MySQL. However, in the last three years, we haven't really put any energy into this anymore.
