Hey, hope you're well. 

My name is Mike Gogno. I recently finished up 3 1/2 years at an ai company as Senior UIUX Designer and followed that up with a contract position at a start-up as Lead Product Designer. 

At Blakhumb (tech start-up), I redesigned the UIUX of the product and prepared it for launch next month, facilitated a design audit of the developed product, interviewed potential customers to determine pricing structure and features, flew to New Mexico to test the product on-site with a future customer, and put together a 24-month product strategy. 

Our clients at Zoovu (ai company) included a long list of the world's leading companies, such as; Amazon, Microsoft, Canon, Spotify, Bose, AT&T, 3M, UnderArmor, Trek, Whirlpool, Kitchenaid, Gerber, Maytag, and dozens of other large brands. I was responsible for hiring and managing designers and supporting client services, sales, and product teams with their design needs. This includes everything from UX research and user personas to high-fidelity, clickable mockups using Figma. I have over 8 years of experience working with clients, project managers, and developers across multiple time zones and countries. 

During my time at SpareMusic, I helped grow to tens of thousands of monthly users and over 10's of millions of monthly streams. We did this by listening to our customers and redesigning the product to fit their needs.
