Was responsible for introducing and establishing project/delivery management processes and practices and for organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion. Planned and oversaw the preparation and dissemination of project communications and technical documentation. Defined project objectives, project scope, roles, and responsibilities and prepared detailed project plans to schedule key project milestones, workstreams, and activities. Submitted project deliverables and ensured that they adhere to quality standards and prepared status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.

Responsible for analysis and mapping of legacy data structures to modern systems. Worked closely with clients and IT teams to extract, correct, test, and transfer legacy system data to new systems. Performed data extraction, aggregation, and quality checking from multiple sources and tables in support of trend identification, root cause analysis, and validation of performance measures.

As a BDM, I take ownership of prospect research and lead generation and manage successful partnerships. I’m responsible for developing and executing the overall sales and business development plan and while also leading the go-to-market strategy to drive client acquisition.
