Throughout almost two years at Galxe me and my colleagues managed to build and grow a solid, active and loyal community from scratch. At various periods of my journey at Galxe I was responsible for developing and managing a safe and inclusive environment on company's Discord server, which was a core of our community. Addressing negativity, FUD and other concerns as well as resolving conflicts. Building, growing and managing the server itself, including setting up of all roles, permissions, channels, bots and integrations. Worked on resolving support inquiries at early stages of Galxe support system. Managing and evaluating work of large group of community helpers known as "Space Cadets". Assisting representatives of Galxe partners in getting to know and using the platform.
