Good Day!

My entire career has been focused on customers, I consider myself a chameleon that can mold myself into any situation comfortably and can adapt to any change you can throw my way. My passion is knowing that when I answer the first email and hang up on the last call, that the client is in good hands. I take ownership and capable of addressing the clients' issues with minimal support and take initiative at getting things done.  Although not asked, in my previous position, I found myself randomly calling previous projects as a quick hello to ensure that they are continuously happy with their purchase.
