L1/L2 Positions
I've spent the last five years in crypto — first on my own side, working with NFTs, early-stage tokens and Solana communities, and now on the support side of a Bitcoin mining platform, where I handle 70–100 tickets a day across L1 and L2.
What I actually do there is less about closing tickets and more about getting to the bottom of things. When a user says the numbers don't add up, I don't send them a template — I pull the raw platform data, rebuild the calculation day by day, and either show them exactly where their figure comes from or take it to the product team with proof. A few of those turned out to be real platform-wide issues that nobody had caught.
I work in English and Russian, and I take tickets in whatever language the user writes in — in practice that's meant French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese and Swedish. I'm usually the one who ends up with the angry threads, the public complaints and the people who've already announced they're leaving. I like those. Turning someone from furious to calm is the part of this job I'd miss.
I'm looking for support, technical support or customer-facing roles in Web3 — wallets, exchanges, L1/L2 infrastructure, mining, anything where users touch the chain and things occasionally break. Remote, full-time, EU-eligible (dual Bulgarian and Russian citizenship).
One ask: give me a video call. A profile shows you what I've done, but not how I am with people — and in support that's half the job. Thirty minutes on a call and you'll see the energy I bring to it. That attitude is what customers actually feel on the other end, and it's the thing I'm proudest of.
