Polly is a revolutionary, end-to-end capital markets ecosystem that lenders trust to optimize performance and maximize profitability from rate lock to loan sale and delivery. Managed collaborative features for Loan Trading Exchange with partners - conducted user and competitive product research, wrote PRDs, communicate with partners and the team, planned the development, and worked with developers to clarify the details and test to ship on time. API integration of data providers, development of open API, researching and engaging with customers to discover new products/features to build and prioritize, and enhancing documentation. Organized a by-weekly capital markets 101 meeting to create a place for the team to learn about the industry.

Lead a team of up to 15 offshore software engineers, project manager, business analyst, QA, and UI/UX designers to create a new version of responsive POS software for the mortgage application process. Added three new major features including two third-party API integrations and new front-end development. Participated in both front-end and back-end design and development. Maintained and did a major clean-up of AWS including Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, RDS, S3, Route 53, and IAM to improve performance. Reduced downtime significantly. Collaborated with executive leadership effectively to control costs and project timeline.

Managed two new features from user and industry research, competitive analysis, design frame, roadmap, prioritization, timeline plan, QA, delivery to customer support. Created algorithms to tackle development challenges and to serve users with smooth experiences. Responsible for pre- and post-sales technical support and resolution of customer requests.

Managed the quantitative analysis add-ons of the 4D visualization software, CoViz 4D, and performed data analysis on the software utilizing the quantitative add-ons, scripting and visualization. Created and maintained the regression tests using Robot Framework, MATLAB and Python. Supported contract goals by presenting and resolving customer requests and testing the software. Contributed to five dot releases and one major release in two years.

Played the major technical role in the startup producing the industrial-grade open-source numerical computation software, Scilab. Promoted to Principal Application Engineer from intern in two years. Managed various toolbox development and pre- and post-sales technical support.
