I have 20+ years in the public sector, involving emergency communications. Skills include local logistics of in field emergency teams, customer service with callers experiencing emergencies, and communicating with not only the public, but other agencies on the local, state and federal levels. 

Between 2001 and 2014, I played and ran games in a Java-chat based platform involving White Wolf products such as Werewolf the Apocalypse and Mage the Ascension. This was volunteer work that involved moderating players, verifying players met the standards for the game, and ensuring that players would have an enjoyable experience.
