Hello.

This is Muhammad Junaid Iqbal from Pakistan. I am 28 years old and I have been working in telesales and customer support for more than 3 years. My proficiencies are

English is not my first language But I am proficient. I passed my degree of M.Sc in tourism and hospitality Management which is equivalent to U.S Hons, degree. And the same year I did passes my IELTS academic certification with 7.0 bands over all.

But my work experience has majorly been related to BPO/Customer support related because this is what I enjoy doing and ability to work remotely and login to my shift from anywhere I can was also the reason I decided to stay in the support related work.
