Product Delivery Consistency: Drove successful transition towards open sourcing of a leading SSI digital identity platform under the Hyperledger Foundation, https://www.lfdecentralizedtrust.org/projects/identus. Accelerated Delivery Efficiency: Spearheaded Agile transformation, reducing cycle time to monthly release and improving predictability by establishing streamlined 3-month product increment planning. Enhanced Global Collaboration: Facilitated frontend and backend cross-functional squads (~20 people), created dedicated metrics on Jira to allow data-driven decisions, leading to improved alignment with leadership, autonomous issue resolution and waste reduction. Strengthened Security Posture: Led external security audit remediation efforts and technical debt reduction of 10% per release, with Jira dashboards monitoring and weekly reports.

I facilitated project management during Covid-19 crisis enabling deliveries, focusing on communication and day-to-day control with Chinese manufacturers (4 international companies: solar energy battery/inverter MAXEON, smartphones CROSSCALL, smart cells DTA, High Performance User Equipment AWC).
