Customer Support Manager

https://bcx.ba/As a Customer Relationship Manager I work since September 2020. Main product of our company is online platform called Balkan Crypto Exchange (bcx.ba). On this way I was working for first and only crypto exchange and crypto stock exchange in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
It is very important to mention that during this period number of users increased from 1650 to 15 000.
My primary job was user education and advising, managing the team (5 members), participation in different kind of courses and conferences in the area of blockchain, metaverse and crypto.
My Bachelor degree is in the area of business economics (Management and Entrepreneurship) and as a student I got opportunity to be an intern in HR Department of Montgomery County (Ohio,USA) and in Marketing and Sales Department in Compresores Josval (Zaragoza,Spain). Also, two times I participated in 3 months long work and travel programme in Germany (Hamburg and Mannheim) .My mother languages are Serbian and Croatian and beside from that I speak English, German and Spanish.
