Senior Frontend Developer
I'm a frontend engineer specialising in Angular, with 4+ years building production applications for teams in Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt.
Most of my recent work is on two Saudi products. On Tagdeer, an employee-benefits platform serving approximately 150,000 users daily, I built major parts of the Angular frontend from scratch — onboarding, dashboards, offers, routing, and the reusable component layer, along with Google Maps location discovery and filtering. On Tahkeem, an arbitration product built around multi-step asynchronous workflows, I designed and maintained the NgRx stores, selectors, and effects across 5+ business modules.
Before that I worked with Modeso, a Swiss agency, delivering Angular flows and reusable components across several client products. The work I'm most pleased with there was root-causing a set of RxJS race conditions that had been causing intermittent data loss in production.
I also maintain ngx-hyperpay, a published Angular library for HyperPay payment integration.
Two things I do that are less common: reactive state architecture at real scale with NgRx and RxJS, and genuinely bilingual interfaces — Arabic and English with correct RTL/LTR behaviour throughout, not bolted on at the end.
I've been working remotely since April 2024, and I'm based in Alexandria at UTC+2, which gives full overlap with the European working day and near-full overlap with the Gulf. I'm looking for remote Angular work, contract or full-time, with European or Gulf teams.
