Designed the User Interface for the E-Office Mobile App, facilitating the transition from manual to digital processes, improving document processing time efficiency by 50%. Developed DigiTeam, an internal HR platform streamlining attendance logging and work hour tracking. Enhanced the grievance handling feature in the Sapawarga app and developed a grievance management dashboard used by all relevant stakeholders. Designed and developed the Pramuka Jabar app, providing essential information and facilities for all scout members in West Java. Maintained and developed UI components in the Jabar Design System to ensure consistency and scalability. Currently involved in product discovery for a new ticketing management system, supporting more than 15 attractions and 5 events managed by the West Java government and the numbers are continuously growing.

Designed the Dashboard Chatbot Builder, allowing users to seamlessly create chatbot conversations without coding. Designed landing pages as tools for the business and marketing teams.
