Customer Support Executive
Over the year, I have worked as an inbound sales representative for some of the biggest internet companies in the US, including Spectrum, Xfinity, Cox, and Century Link. During my time in sales, I have developed a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, which has allowed me to successfully upsell products and services to clients while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
In addition to my sales experience, I have also worked as a customer support representative for Walmart's voice support team. My time in this role has given me extensive experience in resolving customer issues quickly and effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
Apart from my professional experience, I am also a skilled graphic designer with a passion for creating visually stunning designs that captivate audiences. I believe that my experience in both sales and customer support, combined with my design skills, makes me an ideal candidate for any role that requires a creative and customer-focused mindset.
