Track and monitor the whole supply process to ensure the visibility of purchase orders. Manage vendor’s delivery performance, analyze & identify the root cause, implement the improvement actions. Analyse capacity report for key vendors to headsup planners with propositions for any abnormal supplying; work with planners and suppliers to create the best possible supply routes and strategies. Support global customers and finance department for custom and payment document issues.

Place PO for Shanghai and SG Hub on a daily basis. Work with suppliers and logistic dept. to make best shipment arrangement & track the incoming/outgoing shipments. Monitor stock level to ensure order replenishment properly, maintain high service level to customers by adjusting shipping schedule, pull-in, push-out or partial delivery to avoid overstock or out of stock. Collaborate across functions to resolve issues related to price, packaging, mis-shipment, short shipment, PSS etc. Maintain Master Data, PIR & source list in SAP.

Create sales order in SAP, ensure order fulfillment per customer’s required delivery schedule. Work closely with Planning & Procurement dept. to replenish stock. Monitor customer’s payment status to ensure smooth delivery releasing & outstanding transaction completion. Handle customer’s complaining, identify customer’s real needs to provide appropriate solution in a timely manner.

Manage tasks from Head of sales & marketing department and ensured administrative support for the whole team. Serve as executive key point of contact by coordinating sector-based business units and other facets of company. Lead and orchestrate Annual Year End Meeting & Annual Regional Head Meeting, rendered the support of annual Inter-Dye Exhibition and team building for three consecutive years.
