Owned the entire Twitter/X direction for memecoin projects on Solana. Every launch ran through me: from the first call with the PM about what the project is and what story it needs to tell, all the way to post-launch community management and content adjustments based on chart movement in real time. Built influencer personas from zero — not just picking a username and photo, but constructing a full identity: writing style, content history, which kind of projects this person would naturally talk about, how they interact with their audience. Every account had a personality that held up across projects and over time. Managed a network of 600–800 Twitter/X accounts: sourcing, buying, warming up, proxy setup, anti-detect browser config, daily health checks before every launch. Used custom JSON automation (specced with a developer, tested by me) to fire 1,000+ contextual comments per campaign into trending influencer threads at set intervals and volumes. Wrote all project content myself: launch posts, shill copy for the farm, community engagement scripts, KOL talking points. Used ChatGPT prompt systems I built through months of trial and error — adapted per project narrative, whether it was AI, DeFi, community-driven or pure meme energy. Managed 40 Telegram KOL channels (10 core) with auto-forwarding pipelines. Coordinated call timing with SpyDefi — a buy-bot and trending group network I got free access to by building a real relationship with their team over months of consistent ad spend and direct communication. During live launches: coordinated in real time with the market maker, TG manager and design team. Monitored DEX listings, checked metadata and contract links, pushed website corrections to the dev on the fly. Sourced and managed paid KOL placements — negotiated formats (paid, revshare, early access), tracked results, cut what didn't work. Had 2 direct reports plus broader team coordination. Owned all operational spend for the office — every purchase from proxies and servers to KOL fees went through me.

Built a multi-seller Telegram marketplace from scratch. Started by spending time in OTC chats — observing what people were buying and selling, where the demand was, and who was serving it badly. Once the picture was clear, we moved fast. Built individual Telegram ecosystems for 8 sellers — 6,000+ channels, groups and bots in total. Each ecosystem was optimised for search visibility across all relevant keyword queries, with its own branded storefront: visual identity, UX copy, FAQ logic that pre-qualified buyers before any human interaction. Engineered a mass-outreach system reaching 10,000+ targeted Telegram communities: account farms, group parsers, regional segmentation, automated messaging with configurable timing and volume. A lot of iteration went into making it reliable — Telegram kept updating its defences and we kept adapting. Built SEO micro-sites to capture Google search traffic and redirect into Telegram funnels. Also listed the service on third-party crypto platforms accepting crypto payments. Managed 3 direct reports daily. At peak, the operation generated 20–25 sales per day across all sellers, with individual sellers hitting $5–10K weekly revenue. Scaled continuously until market saturation, then made the call to exit clean.
