I am a dev turned Agile Coaching Consultant. I help companies build agile teams to transform their business through building custom, quality software.

I have a B.A. in Psychology from CU Boulder and still have a keen interest in how people work. I've worked in jobs from food service to trim carpentry to development to my current profession as an Agile coach.

 I spend my time at Buddhist monasteries, going out with friends, and skating, hiking, or skiing.
