Briana Holmes is a marketing professional and social entrepreneur based in Atlanta, Georgia. With over five years of experience in marketing and community relations, she has held several leadership roles across various organizations. Currently, she serves as the Director of Marketing and Community Relations at RenderATL, where she leads the marketing team for a community of 10,000+ software engineering professionals across the United States, Europe, and Africa. In this role, she defines and executes marketing and communication strategies, oversees relationships with vendors and agencies, and manages budgets for events, campaigns, and conferences.
In addition to her work at RenderATL, Briana also serves as the Social Media Marketing Director for Andre for Atlanta, where she successfully organized and executed a strategic social marketing strategy throughout the mayoral campaign. Prior to these roles, Briana worked at NextUp, the largest U.S. non-profit organization dedicated to achieving gender equality in the workplace and advancing women into leadership roles. There, she coordinated and implemented marketing communication for national and regional projects, organized public image campaigns and special events, and managed and developed marketing activities and programs for the organization.
Furthermore, Briana is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Network of Atlanta, a social impact organization that hosts free and low-cost social, service, education, and fitness events for the community, brand recognition, and experiential marketing for businesses. In this role, she develops and executes the strategic vision and plan, oversees day-to-day operations, builds and leads a high-performing team of staff and volunteers, and develops and maintains relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
