As a Channel Partner of SQL Accounting by eStream: handled daily troubleshooting, server & system implementation on client PCs remotely, customized reports using Delphi Language (Object Pascal). Communicated primarily in Mandarin and English.

In AlipayHK Backend Team. Training for 3 weeks to develop Mini Alipay app. Completed 2 business projects, handle entire SDLC from System Architecture, Coding, Self Test, Release and Monitoring. Designed FrontEnd UI with drag-and-drop tools. It were special full-stack solo projects as it is a new tools for developer. Performed code quality reviews for monthly releases and achieved Top 1 contributor recognition in Dec 2025.

Worked on-site at Malaysia’s Ministry of Home Affairs (Immigration Department) developing confidential Government Web System (Visa, Pass & Permit module). Mainly involved in Software Design Documents and Low-Fidelity Prototypes using Figma.
