- Has extensive experience with creative tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Adobe XD and Sketch
- Hands on Years exp in code that brings digital designs to life (HTML, CSS, Bootstrap & JavaScript )
- Biggest Ability to carry out work from concept to production 
- Collaborate closely with founders and envision the design language and branding for a new DeFi Products
- Working with internal design team to ensure brand coherency and consistency across all creative output
- Delightful UI and UX for the new DApp, including onboarding flows
- Help the team to synthesize broadly scoped loose concepts into defined, tactical deliverables
- Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to robust internal creative conversations
- Observe industry best practices and find ways to improve upon them to create an intuitive Web3 experience
- Improve and consolidate upon our existing brand book and design guidelines
- Clear communication skills - ability to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly
- Conceptualizing, designing and iterating on marketing executions to create engaging moments for our users across media channels
- Thinking strategically and empathetically about user outcomes
- Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, Business Analysts and the full products team to deliver usable & thoughtfully designed products.
