Led cross-functional teams of 20 members building a fashion E-commerce app using MVI, Jetpack Compose and Kotlin Multiplatform. Reduced project build time by 70% by adopting modularization and Gradle convention plugins. Improved app quality by building automated testing on critical customer journeys using Appium, adding screenshot tests using Paparazzi and increasing unit test coverage to 90%. Drove technology roadmap decisions, evaluating and championing the adoption of new technical initiatives.

Built and scaled teams of 10+ developers. Built an E-commerce app with over 1M downloads within a year using Clean Architecture, MVVM, Modularization, Koin and Coroutines. Setup quality metrics including 70% test coverage, static code analysis with detekt and performance monitoring with Firebase. Led technical solutions, architectural designs, coding standards and development processes.

Built 4 E-commerce apps with the same coding standards using Clean Architecture, MVVM, Dagger and RxJava which gives time efficiency and high maintainability. Grew the customer base of the apps from 300K to over 1M downloads by improving customer engagement and retention using Airship, Branch, OneSignal and Google Analytics.

Built and revamped food ordering apps using MVP, RxJava and Dagger. Built REST web services with Spring. Built CI/CD for mobile including unit tests, UI tests and app deployment with Jenkins. Implemented a payment solution between a POS system and a mobile app via Bluetooth.
