Product Manager
Hi, my name is Dmitry Nazarov.
Product manager, 7+ years. Fintech, Web3 and public-sector innovation platforms. I build products,
and I can build them with my own hands.
I work where money moves and where ecosystems form: crypto payment infrastructure, digital wallets
and tokenized assets on one side; startup scoring, acceleration and crowdfunding platforms on the
other.
Selected results:
Took a crypto payment platform from concept to $300โ500K monthly revenue, leading a crossfunctional
team of six, hiring the engineering and design core, and tripling delivery velocity after
restructuring the team
Owned the i.moscow services portfolio at the Moscow Innovation Cluster: 30+ corporate
acceleration programs with Russia's largest banks and industrial groups, 15,000+ startups
graduated, and personal accounts shipped with national SSO integration (Mos.ru, Gosuslugi)
Launched a Web3 VR asset marketplace with token-based creator economics, and a crypto
processing platform on Bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT rails
Domain expertise: blockchain and crypto payments, including Russian digital financial asset regulation
(DFA / utility digital rights); startup scoring automation and AI-assisted crowdfunding; acceleration and
edtech products โ designed end to end, across every stage and role in the chain.
I also make games. I work as a game designer on a first-person psychological horror releasing on
Steam, and I'm developing my own horror title (Unreal Engine 5 / C++, Unity / C#, Blender). This is not a
side interest โ it's why my specs are realistic. When I estimate what a feature costs to build, I've built
one.
Looking for: product ownership in fintech, Web3 or games โ teams where product depth and handson
delivery both count.

Terrabyte Games LCC 2024 - 2026
Core game designer on Run away from me: Alexandra โ a first-person psychological horror in which the player, abducted and held in a killer's country estate, must escape a staged "hunt." The project's defining design constraint: no conventional HUD. The entire interface is diegetic, living inside a fitness bracelet and phone that carry the flashlight, inventory, breathing and pulse. - Designed the diegetic interface system that defines the game. Breathing and pulse are not readouts but live mechanics โ the player's physiological state determines whether hiding succeeds, making tension a system the player must actively manage rather than a mood the game imposes - Designed and balanced the core loop โ exploration, stealth evasion and puzzle-solving โ tuning survival pacing across locations so that threat density, safe-route availability and hidden-item placement sustain pressure without exhausting the player - Designed the branching decision architecture leading to multiple endings, ensuring choices carry consistent narrative and mechanical consequence rather than cosmetic variation - Designed tension-signalling feedback, including the eye-blink visual effect used to communicate danger states without breaking first-person immersion - Built scenes and cinematics in Unreal Engine 5, implemented gameplay logic through Blueprints, assembled prefabs from 3D assets, and worked with level designers to translate mechanics into interactive location layouts with alternate routes - Authored the Game Design Document with the producer โ core loop, mechanics, character and visual concepts โ serving as the shared reference for narrative, art and engineering - Integrated logic puzzles into the narrative so that problem-solving advances the story rather than interrupting it - Collaborated cross-functionally with narrative, art and design teams to hold story and systems together as one coherent experience Key results: - Shipped a playable Steam demo, validating the diegetic interface concept with real players - Delivered the game to a three-language release scope (EN / RU / JA), with design and UI built to survive localization - Established the GDD as the studio's single source of truth for the project, aligning narrative, art and engineering on shared terminology
