It was during this time that I discovered my true passion for management. Despite my engineering background, I realized that my heart was in fostering growth, leading teams, and driving results in the world of business.

As I honed my skills, I also ventured into the world of entrepreneurship, where I became a self-employed web developer. I designed and managed websites for a diverse range of clients, and this experience not only enhanced my technical skills but also allowed me to develop a knack for client relationships and project management.

My most recent role as a customer success manager revolved around building strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their success, and driving growth for both the clients and the company.
