Built two web dashboards (Preventive & Predictive Maintenance) using Python and Streamlit — connected to PostgreSQL via SQLAlchemy, with live motor current monitoring updated every second. Applied a Gradient Boosting ML model to predict motor health scores (0-100%) from live sensor data, enabling early detection of equipment failures. Optimized bulk database queries, reducing execution time and improving overall data processing performance. Implemented role-based access control and auto-logout to improve system security and user-specific data access. Debugged backend logic and refined data pipelines to reduce sync errors and support automated Work Order tracking. Created interactive Plotly charts and exportable Excel reports, collaborating with maintenance teams to align features with real operational needs.

Guided students through physics experiments, explaining concepts clearly and ensuring proper lab procedures and safety standards were followed.
