I'm a hands-on technical leader: I frame the hard problem, decide the architecture, lead a small team, and still write the Haskell that ships it. For 4+ years at Input Output (IOG/IOHK), I've worked at the core of Cardano. My edge is taking something from a research paper to a working system without losing rigor on either side.Recent work I've led: Ouroboros Phalanx, an anti-grinding enhancement to the Praos consensus protocol; The Holistic Reading, a full diagnostic of Cardano's staking reward system with a no-go verdict on four competing CIPs; Cavefish, a light-client R&D prototype for private UTxO transactions combining Haskell with zero-knowledge circuits (Circom).Before IOG: CTO of a consortium blockchain (built a Byzantine-fault-tolerant consensus from scratch with no PoW and no PoS), director of Cardano solution architecture on a ~$10M ICO launchpad, and first engineering hire at a wearable-tech startup.
