Illustrated characters and scene backgrounds for a diversity, equity, and inclusion desktop game played by over 7,000 students called Answer Campus. Transformed the mandatory DEI course for incoming freshmen into an interactive storybook, increasing the playthrough rate by 45%. Collaborated with illustrators to establish a cohesive visual identity for the 10 characters and the overall Answer Campus universe. Worked closely with writers to ensure narrative consistency across 7 storylines.

Completed a UX fellowship for a research and development social media start-up through 4 departments: content, research, design, and UI. Improved content organization and information architecture. Developed user personas for assigned networks, identifying primary users and key demographics, behaviors, and activity patterns, leading to an increase in R&D development. Utilized Userlytics, Typeform, and Maze to analyze user motivations, behaviors, and needs, augmenting client and customer alignment.
