With a passion for innovation, I have built a career around developing digital solutions. This began when I started a my first business while studying Computer Science at the University of Cape Town - a venture that continued for six years.

More recently I have pivoted to following my passion for the cryptocurrency industry and have joined Block Markets Africa as a Software Developer. BMA is committed to pioneering the future of financial markets across the African continent empowering businesses, governments, and individuals to transact with confidence and transparency.

I developed many features and client applications for Open Financial Market Infrastructure which serviced central and commercial banks as well as various other licensed financial institutions. This role has a focus on blockchain, including creating and managing smart contract interactions and building secure applications. I am involved in the full product lifecycle, from design to development, then deployment within a declarative microservice infrastructure.

My experience working with hundreds clients in marketing, software development, and design has given me a unique perspective on various operations and challenged me to engineer creative solutions to complex issues.

Beyond my career, I love hobbies. Currently enjoying surfing, sailing, kitesurfing, enduro motorbiking, and running. Notable experiences were participating in the IODA Sailing World Championship in Brazil and the Optimist African Championship in Mauritius.
