During my tenure as the Operations Assistant & HR Manager at Venture Do, I played a pivotal role in the 1st generation of the Entrepreneurship and Business Development Program in Mesoamerica. This involved collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce in Cali, Colombia, and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and MSMEs of my country. This experience not only showcased my multitasking abilities and attention to detail but also demonstrated my commitment to supporting impactful initiatives.

At Codemera, I served as a Recruiter & Jr Project Manager, managing multiple projects in the tech industry. I successfully collaborated with clients from the US, Canada, and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and MSMEs of my country.
