I am a product designer with over two years of UX design experience, blending systems thinking, visual design, and UX research to create impactful, human-centered experiences. While working with CNN, I designed a Gen Z-targeted web app that improved political literacy, conducting extensive user research with over 100 participants and synthesizing 800+ insights to guide design decisions. My efforts were recognized with CCA's IMPACT Award for designing a project with significant social impact. Currently, at Oya, I am shaping the user experience for crypto-focused solutions, including chatbot interfaces, data visualization dashboards, and onboarding flows, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish a cohesive brand identity.
