Initiated a digital transformation program for the core Debt management replacement program. Completed the project initiation and planning phases and setup the core platform for design and delivery. Produced the business case and Product Vision Board for the core platform. Vendor selection, RFP creation and contract negotiation and review. Worked with the Product Owner to workshop and gather functional and non-functional requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria over time-boxed 8 week period. Produced the overall program and project budget, delivery project plan and RAIDS. Fortnightly RAG status reporting and monthly presentations to Steering Committee. Initiated a vendor management process with weekly status reporting and metrics to track cost/schedule burndown. Produced the overall delivery framework and agile methodology and practices and mobilised the core program. Brought in agile practices by training the existing team members and produced a PRINCE2 wrapped delivery framework to support agile sprinting. Built the core delivery team – preparing JD, resume review, interviews and candidate selection – project manager, solution architect, technical lead, BAs, change and communications lead and testers.

Delivered a one-stop regulatory digital transformation program for Front Office Supervisors. Experience of working with a program across 4 continents with a multi-year budget of over £50 million. Experience of working across software applications projects, data and infrastructure migration. Delivered through all phases of project management from inception through to design, development, test and go-live using a PRINCE2 framework wrapper around agile delivery and principles. Worked with the product managers & product owners to scope the roadmap using agile practices. Managed the inception with the engineering team to plan the sprints and ensure the product delivery is tracked. Program tracking, governance, and reporting of milestones and RAIDS. Tracking and reporting of program timelines, budgets, velocity, and quality metrics during the project lifecycle. Provided regular weekly and monthly steerco program level to C-Level and B-level executives. Managed the program team with internal and vendor resources spread across London, Bangalore and Krakow. Transitioned the program’s release and delivery model from 6 weeks to production to multiple daily releases.

Experience of working with Bitcoin (BTC), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Bitcoin SV (BSV) and blockchain technology. Planned and managed the program delivery of the Bitcoin fork. Developed the program strategy and test automation approach. Facilitated and participated in the agile practices to track delivery and unblock project disruptions. Introduced efficiencies into agile ceremonies and helped build empowered and self-organising teams. Implemented Atlassian Jira and Confluence and integrated XRay for Jira as the test management tool. Worked with the business services team to engage with customers and clients to promote BSV.
