Product Manager | Systems-driven PM moving into Web3/DePIN | Portfolio, GTM, and data-led roadmaps
Profile
I build products where hardware, networks, and users meet—and I’m applying that discipline to Web3/DePIN and AI × Web3. I’ve led complex programs end-to-end (roadmaps, budgets, vendors, KPIs) and shipped SaaS at scale with compliance and cross-functional GTM. I care about measurable outcomes, clear ownership, and operating cadences that make distributed teams fast and predictable.
- Now focused on: Web3 product management for developer SDKs/APIs, whitelabel SaaS, agents, and launch/growth toolchains.
- Strengths: Portfolio/OKRs → PRDs → launch with marketing/sales → post-launch metrics → iteration.
- Working style: write clear docs, make trade-offs explicit, keep a simple metric stack (North Star + few inputs), and talk to users every week.
Recent Impact (selected)
- Aerpace (Product Lead, EV HMI): Set KPIs early (boot/resume latency, ADAS FPS), wrote PRDs to those targets, ran weekly releases, and made cost–perf trade-offs explicit; delivered −58.2% compute BOM, −61% system weight, while still hitting ≤2s cold boot and 60 FPS ADAS visualization. Also standardized SiL→HiL validation to cut ~35–40 days from feature cycles and negotiated ₹31L annual license savings.
- Aerpace (Program): Built the plan and governance for a ₹600 Cr, 42-month VTOL/drone initiative with global suppliers; owned milestones, risk, and compliance packs.
- Electric Miles (PM, London): Managed an OCPP charging SaaS with Web3 features (decentralized data ownership, smart-contract payments). Scaled to 1,000+ installations across Europe and shipped UK smart-charging compliance with National Grid; partnered with sales/marketing on release calendar and enablement.
What I’m Looking For in Web3
- Product Manager / Senior PM / Product Lead — developer platforms (SDKs/APIs), whitelabel SaaS, agent frameworks, and GTM tooling (vesting/staking/launch).
- Solutions/Partner Engineer (product-oriented) — translate customer needs into shippable on-chain/off-chain solutions; own POCs, metrics, and handover.
- BD for Web3 SaaS/Whitelabel (product-led) — only if tightly coupled to product and post-sale adoption.
Web3 Focus & Comfort Zones
- DePIN: mobility/connectivity/compute networks; device→node→user flows; incentives and reliability.
- On-chain ↔ off-chain product specs: wallet/tx flows, usage-based pricing, data pipelines, basic smart-contract interfaces.
- Ecosystem: EVM chains, contract-driven features, oracle patterns; currently upskilling in Solidity and Chainlink; comfortable writing PRDs for EVM-based features and sequencing on/off-chain events.
- Compliance & access: whitelabel modules (KYC/AML, geo-blocking), permissioning, audit trails.
Core PM Skills (how I work)
- Portfolio & metrics: one dashboard across products with a North Star (activation/adoption/revenue) and 3–5 inputs (e.g., D7/D30 retention, feature adoption, conversion).
- Prioritization: simple, visible scoring (RICE weighted by revenue/retention); publish a rolling 2-quarter roadmap with exit criteria.
- Discovery: weekly user calls (customers + lost deals), structured notes, and a habit of turning qualitative signal into backlog changes.
- Launch & GTM: short GTM briefs (ICP, value prop, pricing/packaging), enablement for sales/community, and post-launch reviews tied to adoption/churn deltas.
- Operating cadence: weekly product syncs (owners/risks/decisions) and monthly portfolio reviews with leadership; crisp PRDs (problem → users → metrics → scope → risks → GTM).
Tools & Tech
- Product/PM: Jira, Asana, Monday, Trello, Plane.so
- Analytics: Mixpanel, PowerBI, advanced Excel/VBA
- Design/Docs: FigJam, Adobe Illustrator, clear PRDs/roadmaps/OKRs
- Dev/Platforms: Python, basic SQL; specs for EVM/solidity features, on-chain/off-chain bridges; OCPP; Linux
- Embedded/IoT context (useful for DePIN): NVIDIA Jetson, QNX, Vector tools (CANoe/CANalyzer/vTESTstudio), AUTOSAR
Creds
- M.Sc. Systems Engineering Management — University College London
- Chartered Engineer (India) · APM Project Management Qualification (UK)
- Patent (pending): integrated hypervisor safety features in EV HMI; whitepaper author (HMI weight reduction).
Work Setup & Preferences
- Location: India (IST, UTC+5:30) — daily overlap with UTC ±2 is fine.
- Work authorization: India. Global remote OK via EOR.
- Collab: remote-first, documentation-heavy; comfortable spanning product, marketing, sales, and engineering.
- Comp: base + equity/token; open to structuring.
- Start: ~2-week notice (can overlap/contract earlier for onboarding or a scoped POC).
