Through my experience at managerial level across various different industries over 20 years, I have been very fortunate in working with a wide variety of characters and I feel one of my strengths is the ability to focus on speed and efficiency in order to motivate both myself and others to get the job done.

• In executing any project, I am able to zone in on the positive upsides while defining the downsides and enthusiastically seeking solutions to counter them. I therefore admit to finding it hard to take no for an answer however once I do, I pride myself on being able to move on without any qualms.

• If I can see the opportunity I will move heaven and earth to bring it to fruition and though some may see that as forceful at times, I feel the momentum created can and will bring about the best results.
