Monitoring customer PO/Contract status and closing on time. Develop close rapport with the customers and work and co-ordinate closely with customer before and during project implementation. Deliver billing process to customer & ensure as set on time table.

Support Project Director on regarding to make project plan, covering resource plan allocation; timeline plan. Providing project report includes progress, schedule achievement. Preparing collect document ATP (Acceptance Test) from Sub contractor and preparing document certificate PAC (Provisional Acceptance Certificate). Ensure that customer projects are completed with high quality and to the customer’s satisfaction. Filing and recording of all project documentations.

Customer Service Requests (CSR) handling (Analysis, Troubleshooting, and Corrective Maintenance) for complex faults. Direct consultation with customers. To handle emergencies and on-call support (24X7). Integration and verification of IP, BB & Core Network Nodes. Perform release upgrades on IP, BB & Core nodes and roll-out.

Perform neighbor list tuning, power for initialization state of integration. Perform regular checking for misalignment neighbor list or inconsistence parameters. Summarizing KPI of network, in occasion swapping project.

Organizing scope of work BSS team. Defining and configuring E1 used for particular site that going to be created on Database. In charge in new BTS integration database on Base Station Management System. Commissioning for new BTS. Making progress report containing sites that has been completed loaded. Supporting RF Optimization team, executing recommended any parameter given (e.g: tunneling power, updating neighbor list). Trouble shooting and solving problems that happened in network. Monitoring network, especially for busy hour. Analyze its statistic, and report it to RF optimization team. Neighbor lists audit, add/deleted and analyzing neighbor database, relation and correlate with HO statistic. Parameter audit standardization, checking and make correction for inconsistent parameter.

Making recommendation neighbor list for sites that have bad performance according to its statistic. Making weekly report, containing number of parameters that has been tuned in whole week. BSS O&M alarms analysis & hardware issue handling. Analyzing neighbor database relation and correlate in order improve HO statistic. Consistency Checking and create / deleted neighbors.
