Data, AI & automation specialist with 8+ years of experience across banking, microfinance and BPO. I started as a data analyst and BI engineer in two large banks, then became a department head, a consultant and a member of an executive committee. I’ve built dashboards, data pipelines and a credit scoring algorithm, and today I lead a team of 13 delivering digital projects at a retail bank. I’m also a doctoral student in AI and neural signals, and I run my own company, HayTech.
