Maintain customer service standards by ensuring friendly, fast, and satisfying service. Prepare daily store reports (sales, inventory, and basic financial records). Ensure store cleanliness, tidiness, and product displays according to Indomaret standards. Achieve sales targets and implement promotional strategies set by the company. Act as a liaison between area management and store employees regarding policies, programs, and evaluations.

Team Management Assign daily tasks to staff for effective service. Provide guidance, motivation, and solutions when issues arise. Train new staff on service SOPs and work ethics. Customer Service Greet customers warmly and ensure their satisfaction. Handle customer complaints quickly and appropriately. Maintain a comfortable and welcoming restaurant atmosphere. Quality & Cleanliness Control Ensure the cleanliness of the dining area and restrooms is maintained. Supervise food and beverage presentation to meet quality standards. Coordination with Management Report operational issues, staffing needs, and service conditions to the Supervisor or Store Manager. Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets. Discipline & SOP Compliance Ensure all staff follow SOPs properly. Serve as a role model in discipline, friendliness, and professionalism.
