My own product, launched from scratch. • Designed chatbot UX: buyer journey and seller admin panel • Wrote interface copy, designed scenarios, built company website • Conducted CustDev and UX research • Assembled a team of 7, implemented Scrum Result: 1,000+ shops created on the platform. Project completed.
