Hello, can be very direct and uncomfortable because of it, but when it comes to work it is better to be totally honest (think).
I am looking for a company where can contribute and receive remuneration according to my effort without the work being excessively chaotic, I can tolerate stress as long as it is justified in the projects. Personally am self-taught and somewhat introverted, however I can and in previous projects have led teams.
