-Knowing operations fundamentals of the stamping industry, quality assurance of products produced to our customers, and problem-solving on the production and manufacturing issues. -Supervising and auditing 3 production lines for die setup, startup, and responsible for 30+ parts of production. -Understand and practice four basic managerial processes management: quality planning, quality control, quality improvement, quality assurance. -Involved in 3 Perodua parts production checking fixtures design. -Developed 2 checking fixtures within 3 weeks. -Case-studying and solving the industrial problems to cope with the marketing needs and new parts production planning. -Involved in 3 die tryouts for newly developed parts. -Preparing operation checklist and die maintenance checklist. -Responsible for an automated laser marking and scanning machine which produced up to 4000 parts per day.
