Designed the full user onboarding and asset interaction experience for a Web3 consumer product, covering wallet connection, token display and gamified engagement flows. Simplified complex blockchain concepts into step-by-step interface flows that felt approachable for users with varying levels of crypto experience. Designed clear transaction confirmation and error handling UX, making the most anxiety-inducing moments of a blockchain product feel safe and understandable. Iterated three times on core flows based on direct user testing before finalising for engineering, with each round meaningfully reducing confusion and drop-off.

Designed the full financial product UX including transaction flows, asset dashboards, payment confirmation screens and error states, with trust and clarity as the primary design principles throughout. Designed multi-step transaction flows with clear confirmation UX and explicit security messaging at every point where the user was about to commit a financial action. Created detailed Figma handoffs with interaction specifications and edge case documentation so engineers could build accurately from first pass.
