Led the AI Agent platform end-to-end — production agentic systems with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) via tool-use across an 80+ tool Model Context Protocol (MCP) layer (multi-source retrieval over Postgres, Freshdesk Knowledge Base with keyword/stemming search, Google Cloud Platform logs, and live APIs). Scaffolded from scratch: a customer-facing AI chat widget with three personas behind a router-tool handoff, an admin AI agent, a shared Anthropic Claude client used across four services, page-aware mode pre-selection, anonymous + authenticated flows with OTP/email auth cascade, 12-hour session cache, a 2FA gate on destructive tools, per-user credit billing, prompt-injection guardrails, and end-to-end voice input with a pluggable transcription backend. Customer widget hit its projected 6-month adoption target within one month of launch. Built the company's first MCP servers (internal + public), giving employees and external integrations safe, auditable large language model (LLM) access to internal data sources (Notion, Freshdesk Knowledge Base, Redis, Google BigQuery, Postgres) — multi-source RAG via tool-use, with personally identifiable information (PII) redaction, column-level blocklists, and OAuth scope gates enforced at the retrieval boundary on every query. Shipped @buddy, a Slack/Linear agentic bot that triages support tickets end-to-end: reads the Linear ticket, queries database replicas, tails logs across Google Cloud Platform and Datadog, reads the application codebase, and posts a structured root-cause proposal back to the ticket. Built the Rich Block Renderer — a user-interface primitive that renders tool outputs as inline interactive components in the shared monorepo library, instead of stringified JSON or markdown. Shipped the HeroWithAgents homepage agent-tab row that replaced the legacy hero (A/B tested 5 tabs → 3 tabs + in-widget mode selector), and an admin AI-spend dashboard with per-agent token and cost tracking. Built the GitHub Actions workflow that gates pull requests on AI review and auto-approves low-risk PRs (advisory mode, ISO-compliant). Split monolithic backend test suites into parallel jobs with isolated Redis workers and on-demand blockchain sandboxes, cutting backend CI runtime from ~75 minutes to ~12 minutes and per-run cost from ~$0.52 to ~$0.15.

Led Fireblocks MPC custody wallet integration as the platform's default wallet experience: claim flows, UNS + ENS domain minting, bulk transfers, resolution record management, WalletConnect, and multi-wallet-per-account. Architected the DNS transfer-in pipeline end-to-end: bulk authorization code validation with dynamic caching in Redis, async Bull job queues processing up to 500 domains per batch, retry and recovery flows, user operation state machines, and comprehensive admin dashboard tooling. Pipeline now handles several thousand inbound domain transfers per month, with peaks over 50,000 during high-volume periods. Built marketplace features: bulk listing with custody-wallet auto-signing using a saga pattern (single user intent → N tracked on-chain operations with retry/rollback), offer and counter-offer negotiation, buyer-seller messaging system, offer-only listings, high-price review safeguards, and per-listing DNS-based lander pages. Led migration from Coinbase Commerce to Coinbase Business Partner Payment Links on Base (Layer 2): Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP) JSON Web Token (JWT) authentication, rewrote the API client, and built a new webhook handler. Platform upgrades and query optimization: eliminated N+1 PostgreSQL query patterns through bulk-loading strategies, upgraded React from version 17 to 18 (createRoot, strict-mode double-effect cleanup), upgraded TypeORM from version 0.2 to 0.3, bumped Node.js from version 16 to version 24, and implemented global HTTP connection pooling. Lease-To-Own (LTO) and Domain Push safety: blocked LTO buyout and cart-add for domains expiring within 21 days; rejected processing of expired push transitions. Hardened CSV import for real-world registrar exports (Atom, SEDO). Provided architectural guidance through extensive code review across a ~20-person engineering team. Maintained comprehensive test suites spanning Jest, Cypress, Playwright, and Mocha.

Delivered TLD launches and product features: refunds, payment-method gating, Ethereum Name Service (ENS) auto-renewal, domain parking and vault products, and distribution admin tooling. Owned end-to-end across backend, queues, admin tools, and UI. Web performance overhaul: lifted Google PageSpeed Insights score from 14 to 85 and shrank the frontend bundle from 2.4MB to 365KB through code splitting, lazy loading, font preloading, deferred third-party scripts, and per-component chunking. Designed and shipped Stripe subscription automation end-to-end from scratch — recurring billing, webhooks, retry handling. Integrated Moonpay for fiat-to-crypto on-ramp; built checkout flows for both fiat and cryptocurrency payments. Designed and built the badge system as a configurable framework (0 → 1, then handed off — next team added new badges via config alone): HoldNDomains, EarlyAdopter, OlympusDao, NYearClub — wallet-badge endpoints, configuration, public profile integration, and optimized queries. Hardened identity flows: Telegram authentication and Discord validation. Built a compile-time TypeScript type checker for the in-house i18n function using recursive conditional types over the source-of-truth en.json locale, narrowing valid keys via dotted-path traversal. Catches typos and renamed keys at build time, preventing empty-string bugs from reaching production. Built a domain-name PascalCase capitalization algorithm: Word Break dynamic programming with a frequency-bucketed cost function, multi-stage post-processing for acronyms, orphan-letter merging, and connector-word position rules. Maintained the company's open-source UI-Kit NPM package and domain-profiles React component library: font system migration, crypto icon additions, and production build optimizations.

Proposed and led migration from AngularJS and CoffeeScript to Preact, significantly reducing bundle size for embeddable third-party widgets deployed on client e-commerce sites. Built Node.js server-side rendering (SSR) middleware for the Preact project and integrated Preact components into Web Components for cross-platform embedding on Shopify and custom platforms. Designed new React application architecture for internal client and support team dashboards using React, Redux, Redux-Saga, and Ant Design. Maintained legacy AngularJS applications (upgraded from version 1.2 to 1.8), Ruby/VanillaJS projects, and optimized Webpack and Babel configurations across multiple projects. Set up a new single-page application (SPA) from scratch using TypeScript, React, Redux, and Redux-Saga for a smart home security platform (SectorAlarm, Norway). Conducted end-user testing with smart home equipment including connected home controllers, digital door locks, and IoT devices. Ran React training sessions for onshore developers in Oslo, Norway and refined product backlog with the product owner.

Managed sprint planning and task distribution for the front-end team; conducted technical interviews for new candidates.
