Tunde Joseph Osayamen is a growth- and people-driven Product Design Leader, multidisciplinary creative, and public sector innovator with over seven years of experience leading design, technology, and innovation initiatives across Africa. He currently serves as the Head of Projects and Partnerships Development Department and Technical Advisor at the Edo State Skills Development Agency, where he oversees strategic partnerships, drives digital transformation, and leads the development of programs that promote skills acquisition, innovation, and MSME growth across Edo State.

As the Founder and CEO of 24thPixel, a digital infrastructure development company, Tunde leads a visionary team creating transformative digital products and solutions that are reshaping the technological landscape across Africa. Under his leadership, 24thPixel has evolved from a creative design agency into a full-scale digital development company delivering solutions that integrate design, technology, and strategy to solve complex challenges.

Tunde has spearheaded and contributed to several groundbreaking digital products, including Medmatch, CredLine, Edo Digital Library, EdoCerts, and multiple Web3 and DApp-based projects leveraging blockchain technology. He is currently leading the development of AfriSMART, an edtech platform set to revolutionize learning across Africa, and a fintech app (PayEasy) that enables seamless transactions through blockchain-authenticated access. Additionally, he is championing the creation of the first-ever Public and Civil Service Information and Learning Portal, developed in collaboration with leading global institutions such as Google, Coursera, edX, Udemy, Harvard, and top African universities.
