Building out Design systems for the brand and offshoots. Designed the Entering Tech newsletter which helps more Africans learn how to get into tech. Led conceptualisation of the Money by Zikoko Newsletter which goes out to roughly 30,000 subscribers every Monday with average open rates of 12% and click through rates of 2.84%. I was instrumental to defining the structure, brand style and creating illustrations which contributed to an overall immersive content experience for readers while serving high-visibility partner ads which contribute to revenue goals. Designed and built the 2022 Z! Fest event (Class of '22) minisite which saw over 10k visits contributing to generating $30,000 in event revenue.

Transformed the Zikoko website's user experience, reducing bounce rates, and contributing to the company's growth and revenue goals by optimizing article discoverability and enhancing information architecture. Spearheaded the redesign of Z! Memes, the largest repository of User Generated memes out of Africa with a goal to reduce usability issues and add more features. I was instrumental to taking the project from research through ideation up till high fidelity. Jointly responsible for UX research and Design.

Coordinated with the Growth and Marketing teams to formulate a content strategy and improve customer engagement through impactful design. Guided the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for existing and future products through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including business, marketing, engineering, and design. Engaged with clients to gather insights on their business needs, pain points, and ensured their requirements were integrated into product development. Developed Feedjet™, GetSpire's MVP SaaS product, with a focus on enhancing the user experience for collecting and managing customer feedback.

Provided UX design leadership on a diverse range of products including Fintech, SaaS and Social Media. Collaborated with the PAADC team to create compelling designs for the competition's publicity. Developed graphics for various marketing materials such as flyers, posters, and social media posts.

Assisted in the creation of various design materials for Open Hack Week, a tech competition. Worked with the OHW team to create eye-catching designs for social media posts and other marketing materials.
