As Digital Architect at NSCENA, a digital architecture and rendering company dedicated to transforming how creators exhibit and sell their work, Palma is responsible for designing and developing 3D models and high-quality renders for virtual spaces. She leads the adaptation of digital showrooms to VR and metaverse platforms, creating immersive environments aimed at expanding creator outreach while minimizing environmental impact. Additionally, she ensures that each virtual space aligns with NSCENA’s commitment to sustainable, digital solutions by optimizing exhibition formats for maximum accessibility and engagement across digital channels.

Responsible for implementing and training the Cosmetic Product Development team into Scrum after switching from a more traditional, waterfall approach to project management.
