Hi, I am Paolo, 29 yo, from Milan, Italy.

I am an Industrial Engineer now focusing on Blockchain; what I love of this technology and web3 in general is that it is a strong intersection and combination of multiple disciplines, as IT, economics, finance, game theory, psychology and others; since before graduating I started working in Accenture covering multiple roles;

I started at the beginning working for ACIN (Accenture Customer Innovation Network) carrying out research activities for developing Accenture internal assets to be proposed later on to Clients; in particular I worked on the development of a solution for retail industry, integrating SAP Cloud Platform, IoT sensors computing innovative KPIs for the in-store shopping process.

Then I moved onto a technology project for an important Aerospace&Defence Client starting from doing functional analysis until arriving to be project leader of multiple streams, coordinating 30+ people with different roles and background (dev teams, application maintenance teams, functional team, clients team,...). 

A year ago I decided to join Accenture ICEG Blockchain practice, to focus on Blockchain technology and find the best use-cases to apply it, working mainly on PoCs and PO and 

Generally speaking, I consider myself a good bridge between business and technology, given my ability to talk different languages and understanding most of different stakeholders  goals and leveraging on my engineering background to have a technical understanding, optimization mindset and problem solving approach with business expertise. 
Currently deepening my knowledge about tokenomics and token engineering.
