I grew up in Argentina, which is a fairly direct route into this industry. Double-digit inflation for most of my life, currency controls that made it illegal to simply buy dollars, and very little transparency about how public money was being handled. Bitcoin was not an investment thesis I read about — it was an obvious answer to problems my friends and I were already arguing about every week. I have been invested in and following crypto since 2017, five years before it became my job.

At Accenture I spent three years on banking transformation in Latin America, ending as a Management Consultant. The core of it was digitising consumer lending end to end — personal loans, consumer finance, mortgages, and auto loans — for a major bank across the region, on a programme running 200 people at once. I relocated to São Paulo to sit closer to the regional business owners and became the connector between our delivery teams and the client: gathering requirements across engineering, risk, legal, compliance, and the commercial side, feeding them into the backlog, running daily scrums, and clearing blockers at programme level. We shipped six digital banking platforms across five markets, all still in production today.

Most recently I spent three years in Bitcoin Suisse's asset management business, helping build it from the ground up across three revenue lines — indices, advisory, and investment products. I owned the product roadmap across all of them, shipped regulated digital-asset products end to end including publicly listed vehicles, led the operational build-out to EU Benchmark Regulation compliance, and owned our STOXX partnership from commercial terms through technical integration. In between, I owned the API and Sandbox product at Avaloq.

I'm a beginner to intermediate with SQL, Python, and on-chain data (quite resourceful with DuneSQL). I'm looking for product roles at crypto companies building for institutions or regulated markets, and would also consider strategy, partnerships, or delivery roles where that mix is useful. Open to fully remote or Zurich-based. Swiss and Argentinian citizen, native English and Spanish, advanced French.
