Senior Product Manager whose passion is acting as the glue between the technology, marketing, merchandising, UX Design, and analytics teams to find and deliver tools and solutions that solve both customer and business problems. Starting my career as a Business Analyst / QA engineer, and later a Product Analyst, helped me learn the foundations of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and product development methodologies, later enabling me to step into Product Management.

Developing a product's strategy, regularly gathering customer feedback, analyzing customer data, and coordinating product releases with teams across the organization have taught me how to be a flexible product manager at all levels of a company.
