Hi!
Right now I'm working in iGaming industry with payment systems as support agent.
I work with crypto, bank, card, e-wallet and voucher methods. I'm analysing acceptance rate and work with failed\stuck payments.
Previously I worked as part-time project manager\game designer in gamedev, had experience of project localization from Russian to English (not just translating).
I've led the project to the release (we gave it to the publishers more than a year ago) with team of 15 people.

Also I had experience in B2B arbitrage for half a year in 2022.

I don't have a degree, but I've studied in 2 technical universities in Saint Petersburg, both are related to math and programming.

I'm a quick learner and have great communication skills with technical\analysis mindset included, my English level is B2 or higher.
