All my life I manage projects and trade online. Plus - create service products within online commerce. These three engagements are closely tied to each other in my daily activities for many years. 

Online sales is the only channel for selling goods and services I use at least from 2009. 

Management, marketing and sales skills, clear understanding of economy and economical trends, thin understanding of technological trends let me clearly understand what customers want and what customers are ready to pay for. 

HIGHLIGHTS FROM MY PM HISTORY:

1998-2006: mostly anticrisis project management and investment project management.

In this period of time I sell my consulting services 

2009-2010: participation in creation of a non-profit organization and the launch of its work - comprehensive project management.

2009-2010: tuning of project management processes in a non-profit organization with 150 members (currently - 350) in 100 cities.

2011: participating in creation of the online auction platform.

2012: project management in the project of creation of the professional construction social network.

2015-2016: anticrisis management project for extension of commercial operations of the online auction organizer; extension of the scale of operation to 20x for 24 months (successfully operating after that).

2016-2022: creation and updating web services for the online auction organizer, including integration to online auction platforms, loyalty system enhancement, CRM integration, email marketing enhancement, electronic document circulation.

2017: preparation of the tech task, specifications, requirements for development of the project of aggregator of real estate facilities, which are selling at online auctions: full-stack project management.

2017: assistance in creation of the concept and description of all business processes of a real estate crypto crowdfunding platform.

2021: creation of the concept and the prototype of a financial aggregator and marketplace with an emphasis on crypto / DeFi operations.

2022-2023: creation of the online service for buying and selling real estate facilities online.

2024: creation of the online service in legal consulting and business consulting domains.

2024: creation of online service for SaaS distribution and promotion.

2025: re-thinking and re-creation of the online service for buying and selling real estate facilities online.

2025: creation of the unified package of documents (description forms, templates, legal docs) for development projects running.

2025: creation of online app for superimposing prefabricated building images onto land plots.

2025: creation of the unified package of documents (a typical organizing plan, description forms, templates, legal docs) for running of projects of RWA token issuance.

2025: creation of the AI agents team for solving business tasks.
