It was a regular evening for me. I read Charlotte’s Web out loud to my older child while nursing my youngest. After 3 chapters, and one “pleeeeease just one more chapter”, we listened to a kid's guided meditation on YouTube until they both peacefully drifted off to dreamland. Where does our consciousness go when we sleep!? Anyway, let’s not get distracted. Back to my bio. To keep myself from joining them, I put my AirPods in & proceed to open my favorite app: TikTok. There I was, one minute having a random live Medium pull my tarot card; and the next minute…

I CAUGHT FIRE 🔥

There was a stitch from a smaller creator that went:
“Who else has applied for 100’s of jobs and hasn’t heard back from any of them?”

ME.

Stitch-creator says to check out web3.career. How they are so happy and love their job, and they don’t have to worry about how they’re going to feed their families anymore, they have a healthy work-life balance. How their imagination, their willingness to think creatively, and their corky, but loving, big sister energy….is an asset to the companies they work for. (Okay, maybe I made up that last sentence, but I AM a manifestation queen) 

And for the first time since July 29th, 2022....I felt myself catch fire like a phoenix. I found my people. I found my drive and excitement for the future. I felt myself rise from the ashes. Like I always do. 

From that point forward, the last 10 years building my career as an expert clinical Pharmacy Technician…felt like a launch pad into my true passion: Web3. 

I quickly went down the rabbit hole. Hungry to learn everything. First, with alllll the TikToks that had the #Web3. Then YouTube. Then podcasts. Then trying to explain web3 to my wife, giddy, as she nods trying to keep up with my excitement.

Sewing 

Dismantling the Patriarchy

I need to be part of the movement. 

The only person stopping myself from getting my foot in the door with the skills I currently possess….is myself. Well, technically, you too. I’m going to need you to believe in me, to be a part of my success story.

I have never worked in this field, but I can promise you this-my dedication, my smart mind and my drive is unmatched.
